What has been your personal experience joining Body Image Fitness oppose to other fitness gyms?
Body Image Fitness equals tough love. I appreciate tough love and it inspires me to be better. Body Image Fitness challenges me to take ownership of my choices and provides accountability. This is the first time I have received results that motivate me to continue. Each instructor challenges me and in return allows me to challenge myself.
What changes have you seen within yourself since joining Body Image Fitness?
I have seen and felt changes throughout my mind, body, and soul. The workouts clear my mind and allows for positive thinking and the weekly documented food log allows me to analyze my food choices. My mindset has changed in regards to food choices. I no longer desire to put a certain type of food in my body because (1) I don’t really want it or need it, (2) the calories are not worth it and (3) I want my hard work to pay off and not jeopardize the effort I have put in as well as the effort of the instructors.
What keeps your personal fitness goals and the goals designed by Body Image Fitness a top priority?
My personal goals and goals set by Body Image Fitness stays a top priority because I feel incredible. I am confident in myself, I love the way my clothes are fitting (no more “muffin top”) and I have more energy.
What advice would you give others who struggle with making a lifestyle change (weight loss)?
We all have the strength inside to succeed in making a lifestyle change. It is tough at first, but
with consistency and a positive attitude we can conquer all our fears, which may be the key
ingredient that holds us back in the beginning.
What’s your favorite healthy meal (s) or food choice (s) obtained since joining Body Image Fitness?
I honestly enjoy a nice salad with mixed greens, lots of vegetables, baked chicken with dressing
on the side. It is nice and refreshing and I feel good after eating!!
What do you like best about Body Image Fitness boot camp services, including workouts, meal plan,
weigh-ins, accountability or overall experience?
I appreciate all the variables tied into assisting me reach my goals (Tough love, workout variety, instructors, accountability, food log, and encouragement from all).
